This privacy notice explains what we do with your personal information when you contact us.

When you email us, we use the following personal information to deal with your query, complaint or claim:

- The content of your correspondence
We do not collect any other personal information through our website, and we do not sell your information or use it for marketing or advertising.
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests to process the information you provide when contacting us. This allows us to respond to enquiries, discuss potential security engagements and resolve complaints. We limit our use of this information to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Your data protection rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of your personal information
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- ask us to restrict how we use your information
- object to how we use your information

Who we share your information with
Your emails are received and stored by our email service provider, which processes them on our behalf. If that provider stores information outside the UK, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Where we get personal information from
We only collect personal information that you give us directly, when you email or contact us. We do not buy data or gather it from third parties.
How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Enquiries that lead to an engagement: for the duration of the engagement and up to 6 years afterwards, to meet our legal and contractual obligations.
